Need to return or exchange your purchase? Please read the instructions and policy below before submitting your request.
Where Can I Find My Return / Exchange Form?

- Email us at contact@umma.my and state your reason for return. Kindly include your order ID in the subject line. Example: Return/Exchange Request Order ID 12345.
- Items may only be returned once your request has been acknowledged and confirmed via email by our personnel.
- Ensure your items are returned new, unwashed, unused, undamaged, unmarked, unaltered, and with all UMMA tags attached in their original packaging.
- Once items are returned, we assume you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days after your order has been received, in exchange for UMMA Store Credit only.
- Returns/Exchanges are only applicable for full-priced clothing items.
- Sale items, inners, scarves, and accessories are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless they are defective.
- Please download the exchange and return form and email us at contact@umma.my before proceeding.
- Shipping cost will be borne by the customer and is only valid within 14 days after the order is placed.
- UMMA reserves the right to decline requests under certain circumstances.
- If incorrect items were received, you may opt for store credit or re-shipment once we receive the incorrect items. In this case, UMMA will bear all courier charges.
Will Delivery Charges Be Refunded?
Delivery charges will only be refunded for special cases such as faulty or wrongly sent items that need to be shipped back to our warehouse. In this case, the shipping cost will be refunded via store credit. Kindly provide the courier receipt for refund processing.
Re-shipment costs for exchanges or returns unrelated to faulty orders will be borne by the customer and will be notified accordingly.
I Have Been Refunded the Incorrect Amount
Kindly reach out to us via email at contact@umma.my and we will sort out the issue as soon as possible.
Have You Received the Returned Products?

Can I Collect or Return a Parcel to Your Office?
Unfortunately, this is against our policy. Kindly post the item(s) back to us at the address below and include the exchange/return form.
