I have not received the items. I already paid for the purchase when I received an email saying my purchase was not complete. I wanted to send an email to Umma to ask for confirmation of my purchase but luckily I received an email from Ninjavan.Msia saying that they have picked up my parcel from Umma. If not for this email, the email from Umma saying that my purchase was not successful would have caused me to be so alarmed.
However until now I have not received the parcel. I also cannot track the parcel. What can Umma do to help me in this situation?
