Returns & Exchanges
Where can I find my return / exchange form?
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Step 1: Email us at email@example.com and state the reason(s) why you need to
return. Kindly include your order ID on the subject. Example:
Subject: Return/Exchange Request Order ID 12345
Step 2: Items may be returned once the request have been acknowledged and confirmed via email by our personnel.
Step 3: Make sure your items are returned new, unwashed, unused, undamaged, unmarked, unaltered and with all UMMA tags still attached in its original packaging.
Step 4: Once items are returned we assume you agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Return Policy. Kindly refer our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy below prior to submitting your request.
What is your exchange policy?
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days after your order has been received in exchange for UMMA Store Credit only. Kindly read through the terms and conditions below:
- Returns/Exchanges are only applicable for Scarves and Clothing Items. However, sale items, inners and accessories are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchanges and returns.
- To make exchanges kindly reach to us at download the exchange and return form and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before proceeding.
- Shipping cost will be borne by customer and is only valid for 14 days after order is placed.
- To make your shopping experience better, we offer the flexibility of return & exchange policy. However we do monitor the number of returns made by customers thus UMMA serves all rights to decline requests under certain circumstances.
- In cases where the return/exchange is being made because incorrect items were received. You may opt for either store credit or we will re-ship your items once we have successfully received the incorrect items. In this case UMMA will bare all courier charges.
Will delivery charges be refunded?
Delivery charges will be refunded for special cases i.e.: Faulty or wrongly sent items that needs to be shipped back to our warehouse (in this case we will return the shipping cost via store credit). However kindly provide us a receipt from the courier service in order for us to process refund. Re-shipment cost for exchanges or returns aside from faulty orders will be borne by customer – the cost will be notified accordingly.
I have been refunded the incorrect amount.

Have you received the returned products?

Can I come and collect or return a parcel to your office?
Unfortunately that is against our policy. Kindly post the items back to us at the address below and include the exchange/return form above:
